Final Project

Here is my final. It is a very basic Rub Goldberg machine where a man knocks over a bucket and that sets off a chain reaction that leads to him getting covered in paint.

Continued working

Today I continued working on my final project. Its a short Rube Goldberg machine where a man accidentally kicks over a bucket and a rock goes flying out that knocks over a set of dominoes.

It crashed

The program froze again while I was working. I don't know what to do anymore.

Dominos

Today I was working on the domino pieces of my final project. So far it is nearly up to 60 frames and I have 3 more domino pieces that still need to fall over to reach the plank.

Final project

Today in class I continued working on my final project for the class. Which will be a 2D flash version of a Rube Goldberg machine.

No Kitty

Today I worked on one of my mini projects and  titled it No Kitty.

Walking Cycle

Today during class I worked on the beginnings of a Walking Cycle that I plan to have as the beginning to my final project. The final product of this will have the man walking across the screen once then, when he is crossing the screen the second time, halfway across the camera will start moving ahead and you'll see a paint bucket coming into view. The stick man wont notice it and knock it over then the paint will begin spilling off the side of the screen. This is just the base/beginning so far.

Bouncing Ball

A while ago I made this but forgot to upload it. It is a bouncing ball to test out how the ffect of the frames effects how smooth the object moves through a given area. I started out with just a few frames, played it, added a bit more, played the scene again, and continued this process till I got up to around 110 total frames.

March Reflection

Throughout March I tried learning more about the different tool bars, the timeline, and working on small projects in Flash. I had many many crashes with the program and made a few small projects with it. I'm still looking for which direction I want to go with this program. I have made smaller projects like a bouncing bouncing ball to test out how the amount of frames can effect it another one where a rabbit is hoping up and down with colors too test how I need to render the final image when I have colors added to it to make it a decent quality.

Flash Words

Today in class I was working on trying to animate the letters "Smoky Hill High School". However I somehow kept switching the time so it started where I wanted it to end and ended where I wanted it to start.

Flash Crash

Today in class I was working on a walking animation with a stick figure. When I was about half way through finishing the animation when Flash crashed and since i forgot to save all my work was deleted.

Illegal Alien

Today I finished my animation of Illegal Alien. The man starts out as an American named Bob, then when he is dropped back off on earth he is a Mexican named Pedro.

Continuing Flash

Today I worked more on Flash and learning the basics of how the program works.

Flash

For second semester I wanted to try working in Flash and in Photoshop. I want to learn how to operate Flash animation and take another look at photoshop and see if i can improve what little skills I have in that area.

First Render

We started on the animation process today, important the all the separate files over to my computer, then we are coming back after school to hopefully finish the animation.

Rover and Rocket

Today in class I finished texturing the rocket and the rover. The solar panels on the rover are extremely rough but it is the best I can do on those ones right now. Next class I will need to start learning animation so I can begin animating the whole project.

Legos

Everything we are doing has been done before by LEGO....

Rover Render

Today I worked on texturing of the rover to render it. I still need to texture and edit the shape of the leg pieces. I also need to texture the top pieces of the rover.
